Rosemary Nelson She was a solicitor who became identified with defending the residents of the Garvaghy Road in their attempts to stop Orangemen marching down the road. She became a hate figure for loyalists and received death threats from both loyalists and the RUC. She was blown up in a car bomb explosion. She was cremated at Roselawn Cemetery, Belfast and her ashes interred elsewhere. |
