Moira O’Neill 1865-1955

Born Agnes Nesta Skrine in Cushendun, County Antrim. She wrote Songs of the Glens of Antrim and More Songs of the Glens of Antrim which were very popular and went into many editions. She also wrote An Easter Vacation, The Elf-Errant and Collected Poems. She was the mother of Molly Keane. She is buried in County Wexford.
